1. Lawful and respectful use
This policy applies to customers, authorised users and connected agents when incorporated into their SomaHQ agreement. Do not breach law or third-party rights, commit fraud, impersonate others, distribute malware or child sexual abuse material, facilitate violence or terrorism, or unlawfully harass or discriminate. Use only data and content you are entitled to process for the intended purpose.
2. Messaging and research
Outreach, enrichment, scraping and recording must meet applicable GDPR, ePrivacy, German unfair-competition and sector rules. A public address is not automatic permission for marketing. Honour objections, suppression lists, recording notices and consent requirements. Do not use purchased or scraped lists for unlawful bulk messaging, conceal a sender or use synthetic voices to deceive. Public web search may disclose query terms to another provider; do not include confidential or sensitive personal data.
3. Restricted data and use cases
Do not introduce Article 9/10 data, children’s data, employee tracking, health records, classified information or other high-risk data without explicit scoping, safeguards and written approval. Never place passwords, full card credentials or unrestricted integration secrets in ordinary records or prompts. Use approved credential mechanisms. Sector pages do not establish suitability for medical, financial, legal or government workflows.
4. Protect system integrity
Do not access another organisation’s records, bypass permissions or metering, overload the service, distribute malicious code or test infrastructure beyond written authorisation. Keep API and MCP credentials private and scoped. Report vulnerabilities through the security contact; that channel does not authorise intrusive testing.
5. AI restrictions and oversight
Do not use SomaHQ for practices prohibited by applicable AI law. Employment, credit, biometric, insurance, essential-service and other high-risk uses require assessment of the system and intended purpose before deployment. Human review alone does not legalise a prohibited use or satisfy every high-risk requirement. Do not rely on AI output as verified evidence or professional advice, conceal required AI disclosures or run consequential actions beyond approved permissions. See the AI terms.
6. Enforcement and reporting
EUTS may investigate and restrict affected users, features or connections proportionately under the terms. Where practicable it will give reasons and an opportunity to remedy a breach; urgent containment may be necessary first. Mandatory notice, review and access rights remain intact. Report abuse to contact@euts.ai with the affected service and relevant evidence, without unnecessary personal data.
