Soma1. Separate written appointment
These are baseline terms for a referral arrangement with EUTS UG (haftungsbeschränkt). This page does not announce an active self-service portal, tracking cookie, discount or commission entitlement. Participation starts only with a written agreement identifying the parties and incorporating these terms. Customers retain their own SomaHQ agreement.
2. Commercial schedule
The signed schedule must define eligible referrals, acceptance and attribution evidence, commission base/rate, duration, refunds, cancellations, currency, payment timing, any minimum payout, tax documents and termination treatment. This page imposes no US-dollar threshold, US tax form or fixed attribution window. Earned amounts, corrections and recovery follow the agreement and law.
3. Honest promotion
Clearly disclose the commercial relationship near recommendations, use approved assets and make accurate claims about availability, modules, prices and assurance. Do not impersonate EUTS, claim authority to bind it, promise unapproved outcomes or imply completed certification. No spam, fabricated referrals, cookie stuffing, covert redirects, misleading domains or unauthorised brand bidding. Brand use requires the agreed licence and ends with it.
4. Data and tracking
Share only minimal lawful contact data for an authorised introduction. Public availability alone does not authorise sharing. Determine each party’s role, notices and lawful basis for the actual flow. No referral cookie is set on this site; future tracking requires updated notice and prior consent where applicable. Do not disclose workspace records to referrers.
5. Relationship and termination
The referrer is independent and cannot bind EUTS. Use confidential information only for the relationship and disclose only to authorised recipients or as required by law. The agreement must set term, notice, proportionate breach remedies, earned-commission treatment and cessation of promotion. Website edits do not amend an existing appointment. German-law and liability principles in the terms apply where incorporated, subject to mandatory law and negotiated provisions. Enquiries: contact@euts.ai.
